This property has a 5% BUYER'S PREMIUM. The FINAL PURCHASE PRICE will be the winning bid price plus 5% of the winning bid price (e.g. a $100,000 winning bid pays $5,000 buyer's premium for a FINAL PURCHASE PRICE of $105,000.00). The FINAL PURCHASE PRICE is the total amount to be paid by the buyer(s).

Winning bidders are required to take the following actions:

A. Execute an "Online Bidder Contract" either electronically or in person immediately at the close of the auction. Contract must be executed and returned immediately to the auction company. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of winning bids.

B. Pay a Holding Fee of $2500.00USD + a $100 transaction fee ($2600 total) via the credit card stored on account immediately after the auction. This non-refundable payment will be credited to the buyer's account. Failure to make this payment may result in the disqualification of a winning bid (i.e., if the card stored on your profile cannot be charged for $2600 your bid may be disqualified.)

C. Within 72 hours of close of auction, pay 10% of FINAL PURCHASE PRICE less $2,500 Holding Fee via wire, cash, or other guaranteed funds to the listing agents:

Back-Up Bids may be recognized if winning bidders failure to complete any of the required steps. Auction company will notify backup bidders when applicable.
